TripFlow

TripFlow là phần mềm nội bộ của Công ty TNHH Thương mại & Vận tải HT Logistics, dùng để quản lý việc chở đá xây dựng từ mỏ tới công trình: nhật ký chuyến xe, phiếu đổ dầu, tạm ứng của nhà thầu và mỏ, công nợ, báo cáo lãi lỗ, và ảnh chứng từ (phiếu cân, ảnh giao hàng, ảnh đổ dầu). Chỉ nhân viên, tài xế và đối tác được công ty cấp tài khoản mới đăng nhập được.

Ảnh chứng từ được lưu vào Google Drive của chính công ty, trong các thư mục do công ty chọn mỗi tháng. Ứng dụng chỉ dùng quyền Google Drive để tạo, xem và chuyển vào thùng rác các ảnh chứng từ đó. Xem Chính sách quyền riêng tư và Điều khoản sử dụng.

TripFlow is the internal business application of HT Logistics Trading & Transport Co., Ltd. (Công ty TNHH Thương mại & Vận tải HT Logistics), a Vietnamese company hauling construction stone from quarries to construction sites. It keeps the trip log, fuel logs, customer and quarry advance payments, balances, profit reports and the supporting photos of each trip (weigh tickets, delivery photos, fuel receipts). Only employees, drivers and partners given an account by the company can sign in.

Trip and fuel photos are stored in the company's own Google Drive, in folders the company picks each month. The app uses its Google Drive access only to create, display and move to the trash those document photos. See the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
