Chính sách quyền riêng tư

Áp dụng cho TripFlow của Công ty TNHH Thương mại & Vận tải HT Logistics. Hiệu lực từ 11/10/2026.

1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi lưu

• Thông tin tài khoản: email, họ tên, vai trò, số điện thoại; với tài xế thêm mã nhân viên, số CCCD, số giấy phép lái xe.
• Dữ liệu nghiệp vụ do người dùng nhập: chuyến xe, phiếu đổ dầu, giá, tạm ứng, công nợ, ghi chú.
• Ảnh chứng từ do người dùng tải lên (phiếu cân, ảnh tại công trình, ảnh đổ dầu).
• Cookie đăng nhập cần thiết để giữ phiên làm việc. Ứng dụng không dùng quảng cáo hay công cụ theo dõi của bên thứ ba.

2. Dữ liệu người dùng Google

Khi quản trị viên kết nối tài khoản Google của công ty, ứng dụng xin các quyền:

• Google Drive (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive): để tìm thư mục công ty chọn (theo tên và thư mục cha), tạo file ảnh chứng từ trong thư mục đó, đọc lại chính các file ảnh này để hiển thị trong ứng dụng, và chuyển chúng vào thùng rác khi người dùng xoá ảnh trong ứng dụng. Ứng dụng không đọc, sửa hay xoá các file khác trên Drive.
• Email (openid, email): để biết tài khoản Google nào đang được kết nối.

Ứng dụng lưu: email của tài khoản Google đã kết nối, mã làm mới quyền truy cập (refresh token), ID và tên của các thư mục / file ảnh mà ứng dụng tạo.

Mã truy cập chỉ được dùng ở máy chủ của ứng dụng và không bao giờ gửi tới trình duyệt. Dữ liệu Google không bị bán, không chia sẻ cho bên thứ ba, không dùng cho quảng cáo, không dùng để huấn luyện mô hình AI / học máy, và không ai đọc nội dung trừ khi người dùng yêu cầu hỗ trợ, khi cần cho bảo mật, hoặc khi pháp luật bắt buộc.

Việc TripFlow sử dụng và chuyển giao thông tin nhận từ Google API tuân theo Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Google API Services, bao gồm các yêu cầu về Sử dụng giới hạn (Limited Use).

3. Lưu trữ và bảo mật

• Dữ liệu nghiệp vụ lưu trên cơ sở dữ liệu đám mây (Supabase), truyền qua HTTPS; mỗi người chỉ đọc / ghi được phần vai trò của mình cho phép.
• Ảnh chứng từ nằm trong Google Drive của công ty, thư mục để riêng tư; ứng dụng hiển thị ảnh qua máy chủ, không tạo link công khai.

4. Thời gian lưu và xoá dữ liệu

• Dữ liệu nghiệp vụ và ảnh chứng từ được giữ để phục vụ kế toán, đối chiếu với đối tác theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam.
• Ngắt kết nối Google trong ứng dụng (Danh mục → Thư mục ảnh) sẽ xoá refresh token và thu hồi quyền. Cũng có thể thu hồi bất cứ lúc nào tại myaccount.google.com/permissions. Ảnh đã tải lên vẫn nằm trong Drive của công ty.
• Muốn xem, sửa hoặc xoá dữ liệu cá nhân: liên hệ địa chỉ bên dưới.

5. Thay đổi chính sách

Khi chính sách thay đổi, ngày hiệu lực ở đầu trang sẽ được cập nhật.

1. Data we store

• Account data: email, name, role, phone number; for drivers also the employee number, national ID number and driving licence number.
• Business data entered by users: trips, fuel logs, prices, advance payments, balances, notes.
• Document photos uploaded by users (weigh tickets, delivery photos, fuel photos).
• The sign-in cookies needed to keep a session. The app uses no advertising and no third-party tracking.

2. Google user data

When an administrator connects the company's Google account, the app requests:

• Google Drive (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive): to find the folder the company picks (by its name and parent folders), create document photo files in that folder, read back those same files to display them in the app, and move them to the trash when a user deletes a photo in the app. The app does not read, change or delete any other file in the Drive.
• Email (openid, email): to show which Google account is connected.

The app stores: the connected Google account's email address, the OAuth refresh token, and the IDs and names of the folders and photo files it creates.

Tokens are only used on the app's server and are never sent to the browser. Google user data is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, not used to train AI / machine learning models, and is not read by humans except at a user's request for support, for security, or where required by law.

TripFlow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Storage and security

• Business data is kept in a cloud database (Supabase) and sent over HTTPS; each user can only read / write what their role allows.
• Document photos stay in the company's Google Drive in private folders; the app shows them through its server and creates no public links.

4. Retention and deletion

• Business data and document photos are kept for accounting and for reconciliation with partners, as required by Vietnamese law.
• Disconnecting Google in the app deletes the refresh token and revokes access. Access can also be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Photos already uploaded stay in the company's Drive.
• To see, correct or delete personal data, contact us at the address below.

5. Changes

When this policy changes, the effective date at the top is updated.
