Điều khoản sử dụng

Áp dụng cho TripFlow của Công ty TNHH Thương mại & Vận tải HT Logistics. Hiệu lực từ 11/10/2026.

1. Phạm vi

TripFlow là phần mềm nội bộ để công ty quản lý chuyến xe, phiếu dầu, tạm ứng, công nợ và ảnh chứng từ. Tài khoản do quản trị viên của công ty cấp cho nhân viên, tài xế và đối tác; không mở đăng ký công khai cho người ngoài.

2. Trách nhiệm người dùng

• Giữ bí mật mật khẩu, không cho người khác dùng tài khoản của mình.
• Nhập số liệu và tải ảnh trung thực, đúng chuyến, đúng chứng từ; không tải lên nội dung không liên quan tới công việc.
• Chỉ dùng dữ liệu trong ứng dụng cho công việc của công ty.

3. Dữ liệu và Google Drive

Dữ liệu nghiệp vụ và ảnh chứng từ thuộc về công ty. Ảnh được lưu vào Google Drive của công ty theo Chính sách quyền riêng tư. Việc dùng Google Drive còn chịu Điều khoản dịch vụ của Google.

4. Tính sẵn sàng

Ứng dụng được cung cấp "như hiện có". Công ty cố gắng giữ ứng dụng hoạt động ổn định nhưng không cam kết không gián đoạn; số liệu quan trọng cần được đối chiếu với chứng từ gốc.

5. Khoá tài khoản

Công ty có thể tắt tài khoản khi người dùng nghỉ việc, hết hợp tác, hoặc vi phạm các điều khoản này.

6. Luật áp dụng

Điều khoản này theo pháp luật Việt Nam.

Terms of Service

For TripFlow, operated by HT Logistics Trading & Transport Co., Ltd.. Effective October 11, 2026.

1. Scope

TripFlow is the company's internal software for managing trips, fuel logs, advance payments, balances and document photos. Accounts are created by the company's administrators for employees, drivers and partners; there is no public sign-up.

2. User responsibilities

• Keep your password secret and do not let anyone else use your account.
• Enter figures and upload photos truthfully, for the right trip and document; do not upload content unrelated to the work.
• Use the data in the app only for the company's business.

3. Data and Google Drive

Business data and document photos belong to the company. Photos are stored in the company's Google Drive as described in the Privacy Policy. Use of Google Drive is also subject to the Google Terms of Service.

4. Availability

The app is provided "as is". The company aims to keep it running reliably but does not guarantee uninterrupted service; important figures should be checked against the original documents.

5. Account suspension

The company may disable an account when a user leaves, a partnership ends, or these terms are broken.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
